No refunds will be given for any services rendered. No refunds will be given for no-shows. You will be given the option to reschedule to another date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us at invocationsg@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and please provide proof of purchase and product damage/issue.
A replacement product will be sent to the customer once the claim is verified.
Otherwise, products purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable.
