Terms of service

We are here to serve our clients' needs and will treat everyone with respect, regardless of different races and ethnicities, nationalities, genders and gender identities, sexualities, disabilities, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. We ask that you respect our time and energy. We are here to help, not to be an outlet for abuse. Should the client show abusive behaviour, we have the right to terminate the service immediately without any refund.

Spiritual Removal Services

For every request, divination will be done to determine the veracity of the claim and to ensure that the team is both able and allowed to undertake the task. 

We have the right to refuse service for any requests that may endanger the client and/or the team. We have the right to refuse any request at our discretion, without any reason given. We will, at all times, act with the client's and our safety first and foremost. 

All sessions must be paid in full to book a slot. No refunds will be given for services rendered. if you have booked and paid for a session with us, you have until 4 days before the session to request a refund if you wish to cancel. Should you wish to request another slot, you will have to wait for the next available slot.

Readings 

We will not perform readings and services for health issues, pregnancies and/or conceptions, gambling and lottery. We will also not perform readings and services for anyone other than the client unless express permission is given.

We will not be held liable for any decisions undertaken by the client as a result of a reading/service from us. 

The readings provided are not fortune-telling. When we read for you, we are tapping into your current energy and the likely decisions and results that may arise from that. Decisions undertaken by clients and circumstances outside of our control can change the outcome.

Spellworks

Before commissioning us for any spellwork (except for Xematiasma), it is mandatory for the client to have divination done first to determine the veracity of the claim and ensure that the spell has a high chance of success. The divination cost of $10 is non-refundable. Please understand that this is to compensate for the time and energy required for the reading. If the divination shows that the spellwork is viable, the client may then proceed to engage us for the service.

The client, however, is to understand that there is no true guarantee that the spell will work, as many factors can combine to prevent its success (even with prior divination). No refunds will be given for spellworks that did not pan out.

We reserve the right to refuse requests that go against our ethics, and the stipulations and ethics of our spirit guides. We reserve the right to refuse any request at our discretion, without any reason given.

We will not do these types of spells:

  • Obsession spells
  • Hexes/curses/etc to tear down someone for petty reasons. We will only do such spells for justice workings
  • Domination spells for love
  • Gambling/stocks
  • Pregnancy

Any requests for these types of spells will not be entertained.
